A Cincinnati woman died last night when she was ejected from the vehicle in a single car auto accident. The woman was a passenger in a vehicle that spun off the road and flipped. She was not wearing a seat belt.

Ohio seat belt laws require all front seat passengers to wear a seat belt.

According to a study at James Madison University, 60-70% of deaths in motor vehicle collisions can be prevented by the use of safety belts.
