One Killed, One Seriously Injured in Car Accident

A two car accident on Cincinnati-Dayton Road, early Friday, ended with one person dead and another in critical condition. The 26-year-old woman lost her life in the accident. She was nearly twice the legal blood-alcohol limit.

Police said, the 2007 Saturn Ion left the southbound lane and collided with a1990 Honda Civic, driven by a 58-year-old man, of Hamilton.

The man's driver's side front end made contact with the woman's driver's side door. The accident was in his northbound lane. He was transported to Bethesda North Hospital and listed in critical condition, Friday. Saturday, his condition was upgraded to fair.
