Goodson & Company, Ltd., Attorneys and Counsellors at Law, was established to provide high quality legal representation in a comfortable friendly atmosphere. Brett Goodson and Stephanie Day are trial attorneys who have worked together representing several thousand clients in civil litigation. They have over 38 years of combined experience as trial attorneys. Alison De Villiers recently joined the firm and will also be available to represent clients. Goodson & Company vigorously represents mostly plaintiffs who have suffered an injury or death as a result of vehicle collisions, medical negligence, or faulty products. The firm can handle most civil litigation.

While most of our practice is in Ohio, Brett Goodson is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana and has handled many cases in both states.

The attorneys are supported by an excellent staff including paralegals Bridget Kellner and Cathy Oney, office manager, Carolyn Stein, and secretary, Velma Hollenkamp. If the attorneys are not available, there is someone from our staff who can assist you.
